  • Return Policy

    We are happy to return or exchange an qualifying items within 30 days of purchase or delivery date. Currently we are offering the following.

    -Exchange for a different size or item.

    -Return for store credit.

    We unfortunately cannot offer cash or card refunds at this time.


    Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Labour: Labour charges are non-refundable.

    We do not offer returns or exchanges on hard goods, this includes bikes.

  • What Is Eligible

    All items that are eligible for return or exchange must be in new condition, free of damage and odour, with tags attached and in original condition.


    Items with blacked out tags will only be returned if the barcode is legible. if tags are removed in any way the item will not be eligible for return.


    Items that have been worn, or used will not be eligible for return or exchange.


    All discounted items are Final Sale. There will be no exceptions.


    All employees are able to refuse items on their own discretion.


    Bike parts are retunrnable if in new condition, in original packaging with tags attached. Special order parts are never returnable.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    Items that are non-returnable are those that we cannot resell once they leave the premises.

    -Anything that does not have tags attached and in original condition.

  • What Is Needed for a Return/Exchange

    1.) Receipt

    2.) Item in new condition with tags attached, fee of damage, odour and any other substances.

    3.) Within 30 Days of purchase date.

    4.) Within 30 days of receiving package if ordering online?
